I have a serious bump on my knee from Osgood-Schlatters. It sticks out a legit 1″. If I deadlift with the bar as close to my shins as possible, it hits the bump, and you can imagine how painful it is. What am I do to?

Given the situation you could keep the bar slightly off the shin so you don’t hit the bump when performing the deadlift. It will remain important to have all other aspects of deadlifitng dialed.
Another option may be DB deadlifts.
