Particularly on my right side, I have noticed that if I am on my back and I bring my knees to my chest, I can only get CLOSE if my femur is externally rotated A LOT. In other words, if I were to pull my knees to my chest, my feet would be touching as if I had someone in a jiu jitsu “full guard”:
Is this strictly an issue of hip internal rotation? Has anyone fixed this issue?
