So I’ve been side lined 3 months now from lifting as I have been able to squat at all with out bad pain deep to the lateral head of my gastroc. If I lower into a squat very very slowly I can avoid the pain however coming out of the hole even super controlled I get a sharp shooting pain behind the calf quite close to the knee. This pain is only just when I get out of the hole. I have been lacrosse balling it frequently, acupuncture etc etc but absolutely no improvement in months, anyone else encountered this, any help would be great. Cheers Tom
