have a question that has bothered me for the last time!
I’ve been training for a long time and the focus has been bodybuilding. Me and my training partner has recently swerve this way and gone more towards crossfit / body weight training / etc.
The question now is: I have very strong trunk muscles but I have absolutely no stamina and wonder if I can get some tips to boost up the trunk of uthålighet.
What I think of is to build up the trunk in order to deadlifts and squats.

I would incoporate planks and side planks into the warm up, as well as some get ups and swings.
