How would one go about rehabbing, what I am guessing is a bruised sternum/diaphragm/upper-ab area? It’s a deep bruise with no swelling or visible bruising on the skin. The injury is from boxing. There is pain with deep breathing, and lots of pain with just about all movements, especially twisting.
Using the MWod principles, I would guess a heating pad on the area would be a good start?
