Hi just wondering what people’s thoughts are on this mobility exercise
Some sites and people swear by it to the point of doing 50 a day. And claim this was the exercise that sorted there issue . Yet never seen a mobility wood episode advising on doing them , are they good or bad for the shoulder joint thanks or should they be just used on warm ups to upper body days
Some use them as part of a general warm up or something the do to start moving.
What are you looking to accomplish or impact by doing them?
