Any comments good or bad on breathing training masks?
I’ve been working with a trainer/PT and identified a big reason for my thoracic immobility is chest breathing. Going to ask the PT if breathing training with one of these would help when I go back. Just wanted to see if anyone had experiences.
Thanks
If you want to stop chest breathing and train for abdominal breathing I don’t think you need any devices. I wrote this post and did a series of videos to train for abdominal breathing and then a basic transition to training for intra abdominal pressure generation via abdominal/diaphragmatic breathing:

David, appreciate the links, good stuff.
