      Following Roop’s Skype eval, one of the things he has me doing is the Jill Miller double balls/spine/work w/45 lb plate on my chest to improve my thorasic  mobility.

      Yesterday I was showing my wife something and out of no where I had a MUCH improved front rack position. 
      Not planned on but I’ll take it!

      Great to hear you are experiencing improvements following your skye session with Roop.
      As you start to get things where they need to be you’ll see others come around with the improved positioning/mobility. Keep working with it.
