Of course sitting to much isn’t good, but some things happen. I have a 90 mile RT driving commute that fortunately is mostly open Interstate so it takes about 90 minutes a day total. I currently dirve a Honda Civic coupe with a sunroof and I’m 6’2″ and 200 pounds. The roofline and console pretty much keep me in the same position, somewhat leaning back for headroom and reaching out a bit for the steering wheel. The console and the small, narrow car in general keep me from using multipe postions for my legs.
