Riley Hoare.Riley HoareHello I am 6 weeks post op for a slap tear in my shoulder. I was wondering if it would be ok to do so banded distraction. I am hesitatnt to do it for fear. However if I don’t pull on it to hard I think it should be ok. I just want to loosen up the posterior capsule.
