My shoulder are pretty mobile, however for the past few weeks i have been having pain in the anterior and posterior muscles of the shoulders and down into my triceps when tension is released. For example, doing front squats. Everything feels fine during the movement, but when i release the bar back into the rack i have brief, but sharp pain in those areas. No matter how much I warm-up, stretch, yank or roll out these areas i can’t shake this painful sensation. Same thing happens if I release tension after an isomeric hold of pushing up or down on a table.
