The Ready State Virtual Mobility Coach is like having a virtual Kelly Starrett in your pocket.
If I do an ankle ROM test where I touch my knee to the wall and measure distance from wall to toe I have 5+ inches. If I then do a body weight air squat I have some difficulty keeping my feet straight and my ankle ROM goes to zero (knee right over toe or even behind)
I have some tightness in my internal rotators of the hips – but not the worst thing.
Looking for people’s thoughts on this.
