I have been trying to get back into running recently. Haven’t been able to. I seem to have pain in my ankle, specifically my peroneal tendon. Any advice to get rid of it? It seems to come on after I stretch my calves
Did you have an ankle sprain?
When the ankle is unstable the peroneals may need to work harder to give needed support to the damaged lateral ankle ligaments.
Have you seen anyone to determine what is going on? Or a possible cause.
