      How do I know when the ankle mobility is the issue?

      what are some signs that the ankle should be looked at to better perform ?

      You may not have an ankle mobility issue.
      Are you missing ankle rom?
      Are you limited in a range of motion by your ankle?
      Do you have technique flaws that involve your ankle/

      I don’t have any rom issues that I know.

       
      what would be a sign of poor rom?
      I’m having trouble getting a friend to pistol squats. I’m cross canceling what may be holding him back.

      Is the person able to hit all corners when performing ankle circles?
