      hi
I asked a question for this month’s Q&A, it wasn’t answered. At the end of the hour, Kelley mentioned a link about aging that was going to be posted at the bottom of the notes…not there.
i’m 74, looking for tips as to what i should be using as best practices to be in optimal shape and not injuring myself doing things i’m not capable of or should be letting go of.. Things like inversions, handstands, rock climbing, shoulder hangs (hard at this point)…
      thanks in advance…

      John,
What was the question did you submitted for the AMA?
Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to get to every single question that is submitted.

How are you defining optimal shape?
Context on this will help with a better answer to your question.

      Hi John,
The study is posted within the show notes.
23:08 ” “Do you have any suggestions on how to recover faster as one age?

RESOURCES MENTIONED: EC Synkowski; Master Athlete Study (Chapter 15) https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/book/10.1002/9781444324822

The only problem is that you have to pay to read the actual study. And it’s not cheap.

Have you watched any of the episodes that address warm-up in the archive?

      Does thing answer your question?
      Kaitlin
