      Hi all,
Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. For a few years, I have been getting pain at the top of the left leg after running a couple of km (I’ll normally stick with it for 5km) and then be a bit sore perhaps the next day. Obviously something is off. A quick look at anatomy online suggests the iliofemoral ligament might be responsible- as it hurts right above and slightly behind the protruding femur at the top of the leg. I visited a physio locally who suggested strength exercises but warned me away from stretching it. I am working through some of the mobility recommendations on the site but there;s so much here. Generally would hip extension/flex ion work, and targeted exercise help in this case?
      Thank you!
      Jeremy
