Hi guys, I have had some problems with my left Achilles tendon hurting for many monthes. My main problem is though is whenever I am done smashing and stretching it seems to almost reflexively get tighter and reduces the range. I am not sure what it is but I am also wondering if there are any specific spots on the body that could cause achilles pain, for example can the hamstrings or quads effect it? Thanks for the help any tips I would appreciate.
Have you looked up/down stream of the pain?
Where you see the pain/issue isn’t always where the cause of the problem is.
