Have been working on attempting the 10 min squat test. Every time I give it a shot, my left knee (posterior/lateral to mid) tends to feel a bit restricted. Certainly makes it hard to stay in the position very long. Any ideas on what to focus on to address the issue?
Are you working up and down stream of where you are seeing the restriction?
Have you looked at the Workout Prep for the squat archetype there are a couple options here or searched the archive for squat mobility?
May be a more focused warm up could help with what you are experiencing.
