New to site, lots of interesting stuff here. I tried searching but not finding exactly what I was looking for. I’m a 30 year desk job guy with hosed up shoulders from computer work all that time as well as hips/lower back/hamstrings. I got a standing workstation a year ago and this is a big help.
My question is, is there a 10-15 minute general routing for someone in my situation on here? Basically something that would be suitable for 90% of the people in my situation I can work on as I identify specific things to address?
Thanks.

here’s my collection of office sitting videos, although you said you have a standing desk now. there may be some useful tidbits still:
here are some standing and posture videos, which may give you some stuff to think about and do while you’re standing and working: -

this is also a good one, which talks about improving shoulder position when you text or at a computer:

David, thanks for the links. The even though I got a standing desk, I have 30 years of sitting to undo. I’m much better than I was. The straw that broke the camel’s back was spending 4 days on the floor due to a back problem. Did all the testing neurosurgeon looked at my MRI and said I had SI joint inflammation, plus possibly some psoas involvement. Said my “back” was generally good, asked what caused it he replied too much sitting. Been working on it ever since.
