I am not sure what he is using, but the Yoga Tune Up Alpha Ball works pretty well and looks to be about that size. I am wondering if YTU made Alpha balls in blue at some point, but now they are red.  Certainly the grippiness of the YTU balls are awesome in doing fascial tissue twisting like he is doing at the neck.
