Hi- I never knew the extent until post surgery- the labrum is funny in that sometimes the MRI doesn’t present everything, even with dye. I have torn both labrums playing basketball- one was SLAP and they had to staple the bicep tendon back to the arm. After a few months everything was back to normal.
