I went to an Orthopedic surgeon but all I got was the diagnosis of SI joint dysfunction and a ridiculous bill along with suggestions for more bills at a therapist. Couldn’t afford.
As to the videos, I can’t get into most of those positions. IE the leg up on the table with the ankle and knee both touching. I can’t get anywhere near that. My ankle touches and my leg locks at 45 degrees to the table. Trying to force it just hurts my knees and ankles and my hip doesn’t feel a thing.
The ballerina pose I can and it seems to be doing something. But it sort of feels like mowing a lawn with scissors. Maybe I just have to do this a few times a day for some weeks until it opens a little.
