i empathize with your pain. ive had lower extremity injuries that have taken me out for extended periods. this stopped happening when I started believing the philosopy of MWOD and then trying to practice it.  Kelly talks about it in supple leopard. 1% of all biomechanical injuries is a disease. 1% are catosrophic accidents. that leaves 98% of all other injuries are due to poor movement.

If medical professionals clear you with no disease, and you have had no catastrophic accidents, then poor movement is the root cause.
this should be empowering because if you choose to improve your movement quality then your body starts to autocorrect. 

using the pose method YouTube channel and Taking a pose method clinic(theyre great) would be a great place to start. thoughts?
