first, you should be able to align your pelvis in the single session. usually i can tell when my feet are at the same length, whereas they were not before.
however, i think you’ll find that through whatever activity you do, they will get unaligned again. so you may need to do it often to reset your pelvis, perhaps every day. i usually do it at night before i go to sleep while lying in bed and it is usually off.
the challenge is, how do i get to a point where i can do activity and my pelvis will not be unaligned? usually this has to do with muscle imbalances and activation from side to side. tough problem but worthy of exploring the solution…
