One other question you may be able to help me with. When I stand, I find my pelvis arching forward…to the point where I inadvertently stand on my tip-toes (with my heels off the ground) sometimes. Would this be caused by a short psoas? I am trying to make sure I am starting in the right place with my mobility movements. Thanks again for all the info!
