hey man sorry to be a bother but we have to get the language straight. can you please repeat the problem but say “left leg fwd lunge” or “right leg fwd lunge”? when you say “some pendulum lunges on the left glute – hamstring” i have no idea if you mean the left leg is fwd or back. thanks.
