interesting – first time seeing that KB exercise. it looks like a way to do KB swings to activate only one glute.

the prescription is still the same. mobilize anything that is tight, up and down the chain from your hips. see what gives you better ROM and what doesn’t change. focus on those mobs that give you better ROM.
use this pendulum lunge or others like single leg DL to help with motor control of the left glute.
