1. when you say stop at impingement, that suggests to me pain, versus stopping at point of restriction. is there pain at the point your physio stops? i’m guessing not if you can actively bend the leg further to 20-30 deg – or do you feel pain when you bend it to 20-30 deg?
2. at this IR, it seems that you can do everything you need to do without pain. looking back at this thread, it seems that you can’t sit on your knees and touch your butt to your heels? also you infer that it could restrict knees out but you didn’t actually say that was a problem. given your awesome flexibility, and if you don’t have pain, i’m not sure that stressing over your IR is necessary.
