Thankyou for you response. I am not sure but I am starting to think that this is a MCL sprain. The more I touch the area I feel pain not just in the Pes area but also in the MCL area? I am not sure how one can sprain an MCL from Squats, Power Snatches, and Behind the Neck Jerks. I am considered and Elite lifterbut an old lifter. I am not sure, I am thinking of doing a virtual session online. At least for now I am going to take the week off and do some upperbody beach work!
