Great info, thanks! I discovered the pain is a result of bursitis that she developed last April after doing “Fran”. She was forced to rest it for 3 months and has been trying to come back September. It seems she has issues after doing a wod with numerous reps with the elbow involved. Thus she is icing the “hot spot”.
Push-ups are fine, pull-ups are not, push press is okay, but cleaning the bar and putting it down cause pain, etc.
