Following the perform and recover doses each day is a great plan if you don’t have any trouble areas or areas that need attention. You’ll be able to check in with different areas and do more focused work when needed.
Some doses have a pre and post test worked into it.
If you don’t have an area that needs attention following the daily Perform and Recover you’ll check with different areas which can serve as maintenance which is a sold plan. If you identify something that needs attention you can work it in.
