It was in mobility course 101- pushing skin on inside ankle upwards toward knee with lacrosse ball. Also shin work-–push and twist skin/muscle with Gemini or lacrosse ball. Helped a bit. I have flat feet which is a problem. .
I’m changing shoes and arch support. Roop has a very recent video on ankle work on daily wod. I haven’t watched it yet. Good luck.
