Hello Together,

I have not found the right forum for my question. My question is about:

Train the Injured Athlete –> Hip –> Impingment. Here the following is described:

Pick a …. variation, … Slow eccentric and stop at a depth that does not hurt, hold for a two count, then explode up.

Are there any videos that make this more clear?
Should/could additional weight be used here?
Would it be right/more effective to do this exercise with a Flywheel/eccentric trainer?
