Time to look back at the week and take the average steps/day. How does it compare to where you were going into Day #1? Were you able to hit 8,000 – 10,000 steps each day on average? Most importantly, have you learned some strategies to take with you beyond the Challenge? Because ultimately that’s the goal of this Challenge – introduce HEALTHY HABITS that can stick, are sustainable, and will get you MOVING MORE for the long term.
