Time to LEVEL UP!

Today we’re going to introduce you to the concept of RUCKING. (If you already know about rucking – awesome. You’re going to love today). Here at The Ready State we love to dial our walks up a notch or two by adding a little additional weight. You’re going to do the same. How much is up to you. If this is your first time rucking, maybe a few pounds will do. If you’re experienced, add a little more. And make sure you hit that quad mobilization tonight! They’ll appreciate the love after the ruck.
