Time to kick of those shoes! Day #3 of the 7-Day Walking Challenge is all about letting those dogs BREATHE. Now, extended barefoot walking may not be possible for everyone, particularly in the middle of January (we see you, Bomb Cyclone). But if you can SAFELY work barefoot time into today, DO IT. And try to do it more often – there are numerous benefits to going without shoes.
You’ll definitely want to follow along with today’s two mobilizations, especially if you put in most of your steps barefoot. They’re all about your FEET and they’re going to feel soooo good.
