The 7-Day Walking Challenge is officially underway!

One day under our belts. Did you hit 8,000 – 10,000 steps? Don’t stress too much if you didn’t. Today we’re going to talk about – and offer – ways to sneak more steps into each day. The post-meal walks you did yesterday are great ways to get those steps to add up, but it’s just the beginning. Turns out there are step opportunities hiding everywhere – if you know where to look. Don’t forget to follow along with today’s mobilization, which will address any soreness in your calves from yesterday’s tasks.
