It’s Day #1 of our 7-day commitment to MOVE and WALK more!

We’re so glad to have you here! Our main objective throughout the week is to get you accumulating 8,000-10,000 steps each day. Each day we’ll have a new video with a new assignment/task. Each day we’ll also have a mobilization video to follow along with. We highly recommend doing the mobilizations – they’ll help your body recover from the day’s activities so you can go again tomorrow. Most can be done with minimal equipment, right in your living room.
